Abstract
Lake eutrophication is a problem of global concern and non-point source pollution has been identified as a major problem in controlling water eutrophication because of it′s particularity. The effects of non-point source pollution on lake eutrophication and the characteristics of non-point source pollution were introduced. Mycorrhizal fungi play an important role in the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus by plant roots. The enrichment of nitrogen and phosphorus is the main reason for lake eutrophication. The prospects of mycorrhizal fungi in controlling lake non-point source pollution were introduced in this paper.
