An Analysis on the Body Condition of Aged 3～6 Children in Guangxi in the Year of 2005

We made a research on the body condition of aged 3～6-children in Guangxi in 2005 by the methods of literary document,measurement and mathematical statistics.The results show that there exist the gender and urban-rural differences in the growth and development of aged 3～6 children in Guangxi in 2005.The height and chest circumference of the urban boys are better than that of girls in the same age.The body repletion and density of the rural boys are higher than that of rural girls.The subcutaneous fat of girls are thicker than boys.The body condition of urban children is better than rural ones.The height,skeleton development and truncal growth of rural children are better than that of children in the same condition in 2000,but generally worse than the nation level of 2000.The height and skeleton development of urban children and truncal growth of urban boys are better than the nation level of 2000.Among the body index,weight increase fastest,height second and sitting heigh third.Chest circumference increases the lowest.
