Research on Application of Fenhe River Environment during Ecological Construction of Taiyuan City

Urban ecological construction is a vital gateway of a city to achieve sustainable development nowadays.Urban rivers have four functions in ecology,economy,culture and relaxation.To constructing ecological city,it should take full use of water environment functions.The paper takes the exploitation of Fenhe River scenic zone in Taiyuan City for example,then discuss the best exploitation pattern of harmonious co-existence between man and nature.All mentioned above can draw on the experience of urban planning and water resource application.
