Effects of different immunologic adjuvant on immune action of vaccine from E. coli

Abstract

Vaccine,prepared from E.coil,was added with mineral oil adjuvant and Al(OH)3,respectively.Adjuvant free vaccine was used as check.Rabbits were injected the vaccines and serum was got to conduct agglutination test and antibody titer. The results showed that oil adjuvant vaccine raiseacl antibody level to(1∶256).No adjuvant vaccine of antibody level was minor(1∶128).Joined Al(OH)3 adjuvant vaccine of antibody level was low(1∶64).
