Confucius' Viewpoint and Beauty in Language

Confucius was not only a great philosopher but also a master in linguistic.The great influence in his Analects lies in the intensity of the thoughts and charm in the language.There are several characteristics in Confucius' language viewpoints: the coherence between his words and deeds,the accordance between name and nature,the harmoniousness between style and content,being at the appropriate moment,and his attitude of honesty.In various aspects,there are aesthetic features in his language: beauty in harmony,in magnificence,in flexibility,in wisdom,in being natural,in being lofty,in power,and in silence.Confucius' language viewpoints are extremely original which in turn influences his thought;the beauty in his language has been so appealing that it effectively popularizes his thoughts.Both the profundity and beauty of his language bring out the best in each other and so display outstanding the greatness of his thought.
