Abstract

Objective:To assess the clinic efficacy of Danshen injection in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonictis. Methods: 83 cases were randomly divided into Danshen group in which 43 cases were treated with Danshen injection plus routine methods and the control group in which 43 cases were treated with routine methods. The changes of symptoms, objective signs and the time of the rales disappeare in lung were observed before and after the treatments. The periods of treatment were also observed. Results:The effective rate of Danshen group was 95.3%,while the contoll group was 93.0%,and there was not a significant difference between them (P0.05).But there was a significant difference between the two groups'length of treatment [(8.91±0.24)d,(8.91±0.24) d recpectively;χ2=42.52,P0.01].Conlusion:To treat children bronchopneumonictis , Danshen injection plus routine methods may shorten the length of treatment time.
