Abstract

Objective:To summarize the clinical and CT features of 28 cases with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction(HCI).Methods:The clinical data,CT features, remedy measures and outcomes of 28 patients with HCI were analyzed. Results:The symptom was continued and deteriorated in 22 cases during hemorrhagic transformation(HT) period, hemorrhage was appeared in 21 cases within 4 days after cerebral infarction(CI),hemorrhage was identified in 9 cases at the first diagnosis, and 19 cases at re-examination,17 cases were treated especially after HT,11 were not taken special treatment,17 cases had a good outcome,11 cases had poor prognosis. Conclusions:There had different clinical performations and no obvious characteristic about hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, when the hemorrhagic transformation had diagnosed by brain CT,these related treatment including anti-platelet,promoting blood circulation,anti-coagulation must be stopped, and the treatment should be based on the disease status and individualized.
