Abstract
Selected parameters affecting ultrasound-assisted extraction of antioxidant components from Dictyophora indusiata fruit bodies were optimized using response surface methodology.Antioxidant activity was assessed by measuring the DPPH·scavenging effect of crude extracts.Under optimal extraction conditions(extraction temperature 45 ℃,ultrasonic power 580 W,ratio of treatment and intermittent times 3.6/1),the DPPH· scavenging rate of crude extracts(obtained in 30.4% yield) was 46.5% under the assay conditions.

A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
