Moral-belief is the spiritual support for mankind,an irrational existing form of rationality and a kind of ultimate concern for morality.But because of the reason of history,economy and the reason of moral-belief itself,nowadays in our country the moral-belief has got lost.It′s necessary to rebuild the rational and scientific moral-belief by developing economy,constructing the legal system,strengthening the consensus-supervising and strengthening the moral-belief education.
