Abstract
This article intends to proves three between relations about the city,the urban planning and the urban culture,proposed the urban culture is the city axle center vein,and to expound in the design process creates the urban culture,and elaborated creates the urban culture the positive sense,proposed the reasonable science urban planning method and the city layout method have the positive role in the contemporary city development mold.
