Abstract
With the development of education and the progress of education theory and techniques,the teachers' professionalization has been furthered day by day.Therefore,a study of teacher's growing up and training reinforcement,which will enhance the teachers'professionalization has been the great task of teachers'education.One of the first important tasks of the nowadays curriculum reform in China is to cultivate new-type teachers,and realize the new teacher's education reform pattern.
