Abstract

Teacher education is a whole process of training,not only include teacher's trainsing before being a teacher,but also include teachers learning when they are working as teachers.In order to ensure the outcome and realize the aim of the new course reform,we must combine teacher education before being a teacher,which will improve teacher's quality.
