Analysis on Preschool Children's Blood Serum Hepatitis B Infection Index Monitoring A Street in 2007—2009,Shenzhen

OBJECTIVE To understand the conditions of hepatitis B infection in preschool children,and to provide the reliable basis for the formulation effective intervention measure.METHODS The 2007—2009 with Elisa on 35 553 0~6 years old children for HBsAg HBsAb monitoring serum.RESULTS HBsAg positive rate 0.52%,HBsAb positive rate of 72.50%.Among them,the boys of the HBsAg and positive rate slightly higher than girls,boys HBsAb positive rate lower than girls.HBsAg,HBsAb positive rate increased with age there is a rising trend.Dynamic analysis of three year,HBsAg,HBsAb positive detection rate of the rise year by year.CONCLUSION The preschool children on a regular basis HBsAg,HBsAb monitor and improve the vaccination rate of susceptible population,is an effective way of early prevention of hepatitis B infection.
