Study on Land Consolidation Strategies under the Background of Urban-Rural Integration—A Case Study of Guiping in Guangxi

As the strategic background of urban-rural integration,land consolidation is gradually becoming an important means of coordinating the structure and layout of urban-rural land use,and it is transforming from a single supplementary cultivated land to the combination of constructive protecting arable land and promoting the new rural construction and urban-rural coordinative development. Taking Guiping City as an example,regional land use status and potential consolidation were analyzed,then the new situation under the background of urban-rural integration was studied. Several countermeasures were put forward from aspects of land consolidation mode,management system,financing channel,land consolidation incentive system,strengthening public participation and eco-environment protection.
