Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of P 53 and LRP in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the relationship between them. Methods ELISA immunohistochemical staining was performed in 80 ca ses of NSCLC. Results The positive expression of P53 and LRP was correlated with the pathological grading and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC ( χ 2= 4.70 3- 5.495, P 0.05).The positive expression of P53 was not related with that of LRP ( χ 2=2.866,P 0.05). Conclusion P53 and LRP play an important role in the genesis a nd development of NSCLC.
