Abstract

Fifteen new N-(substituted)benzyl-N′-benzoyloxy-ethyl piperazine derivatives were synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,elemental analysis and MS.Their inhibitory activities against vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation induced by FBS were evaluated.All the object compounds showed inhibitory activity to a certain extent on vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation,especially compounds Ⅳc,Ⅳd and Ⅳh.
