Abstract
Aim:To investigate the inhibitory effect of TPT on HL-60 cells apoptosis.Methods:HL-60 cells were allocated into 2 groups,cells in the experimental group were incubated with 0.15 μmol/L TPT,and cells in the control group were incubated regularly.The apoptosis of HL-60 cells were detected by FCM Annexin V-FITC when incubated for 4 h and TUNEL method when incubated for 12 h.Results:After 4 h of the treatment,the apoptosis rate of experimental group was(28.57±3.16)%,higher than(3.12±0.38)% of the control group(t=13.85,P=0.000 2).When treated with 0.15 μmol/L TPT for 12 h,the proportion of TUNEL positive cells was 38.33%,significantly higher than 2.67% of the control group(χ2=117.08,P0.05).Conclusion:TPT could induce apoptosis of HL-60 cells.
