On the Legislation Scope of Separate Criminal Law

Abstract
The pattern of criminal legislation should be multiplex.It's reasonable and necessary for the existence of separate criminal law,but the scope should be limited.On the relationship with the basic legislative form-criminal code,deciding the scope of separate criminal law should persevere in principle of division,harmonious and flexible,so as to achieve the perfect purpose of criminal legislation.
