Abstract
Building up socialist political civilization is the key aim of the all-round well-off society construction and developing multi-party cooperation system is the key content of socialist democratic politics construction. In the article, the problems of the dialectic relationship between socialist political civilization and material,spiritual civilizations,the connotation and the development direction of Socialist political civilization and the system of multi-party cooperation were researched from the philosophical view.
