On Establishing Socialist Political Civilization with Chinese Characteristics

This article analyzes the connotation and nature of political civilization and the process of building socialist political civilization, illustrates its basic features and contents and gives a brief account of the importance of system establishment, namely, establishing the socialist democratic system; the socialist legal system and the Party system, in order to fulfil the aim of developing socialist democratic politics and establishing socialist political civilization proposed at the 16th CPC congress.
