Comparative Study on the New Evaluation Systems of Agricultural Land in China

Evaluation systems of agricultural land include evaluation indicators,the cultivated land quality and classification,gradation and valuation of agricultural land.The two systems are distinction in objectives,content,indicators and methods system of evaluation,but the ultimate goal being farmland resource from quantitative management to quantitative,qualitative and ecological management.In the new period,under the background of the circulation of agricultural land,pointing out through comparing and discussion to the two evaluation systems the existing problems about evaluation systems of agricultural land,and puting forward for further research,it will be of great significance for establishment and perfection of its theory and method system,promoting rural reform and promoting the community's environment-friendly development.
