Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of ligustrazine injection in treating vertebroarterial blood insufficiency.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group).The treatment group was treated with ligustrazine injection 120mg,the control group was treated with other injection,two drugs were added into 5% glucose solution individually,then iv.Drip,qd.10 days were regarded as one treatment course.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was much better than In the control group,two groups have differences remarkably(P0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine injection is effective and safe in treating vertebroarterial blood insufficiency.
