Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with Low-molecular-weight hep-arin calcium and Ligustrazine Injection. Methods: The 63 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups. Inject Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium 0.4 ml into the treatment groups once every l2 hours, the injection was subcutaneous abdominal and should last for seven days. Put 0.1 g of Ligustrazine Injection into 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl for intravenous injection once a day; it should last for 14 days.Two groups were the contrastive groups. Apply Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium 0.4 ml for the contrastive group 1; inject once every 12 hours, the injection was subcutaneous abdominal and should last for seven days; put 0.1 g of Ligustrazine Injection into 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl for intravenous injection , then injected into the control group 2 once a day; it should last for 14 days. And observed separately the three groups' hematology changes and clinical treatment effect before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the recovery rate of the treatment group was 82.7%; significant efficiency rate was 93.1%. The recovery rate and significant effi ciency rate of the treatment group were both better than the contrastive groups ( P0.05). No any adverse reactions in the treatment. Conclusion: Treating acute cerebral infarction with Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Ligustrazine In-jection is safe and effective. It's curative effects in improving hematology and its clinical efficacy is superior to applying them separately.And it is safe and effective.
