Abstract
Sports policy has a great leading effect on sports.Based on structure-function theory,the paper explored the potential relationship between function deduction and policy transformation.After reform and opening-up,the understanding of function has gone from political function to economic function,and to the comprehensive development of individual.aports policy has emerged from the focusing on the development of sports to coordinated development between competitive and mass sports to harmonious policy evolution.Through the analysis of policy process and policy evaluation,the paper revealed the evolution of policy and its future direction in China.
