The Transition and Enlightenment of Japan Sports Policy after WWII

Since WWII,Japan has been increasingly attached importance to the development of sports,and the sports policy has been constantly adjusted and deepened.By using literature,logic analysis and other methods,this essay begins with a historical review of Japan sports policy's developing process and its effects after WWII to the end of twentieth Century,from four phases of developing process of Japan sports policy.And from the perspective of policy system,policy content and the policy features of each fields etc.,the main characteristics of historical development of the policy are summarized.On this basis,combining the current developing situation of China sports polices,learning from the Japan's experience,the essay points out that China should further strengthen and improve our country's sports policy from following 5 respects: a clear and definite policy strategy and sports policies with strengthened integrity;expanding the scope of the local sports administrative decision-making and improving the decision-making ability;promoting the development of school sports organizations and speeding up opening to public of school sports facilities;ensuring social sports policy input and promoting the development of social sports by multiple government departments together;enhancing the efficiency of competitive sports policy and developing professional sports guided by system construction.
