Abstract

According to Zhang Shun hui's research, the Textual Criticism of Qing Dynasty originates from Song Dynasty's theory and critically assimilates the Song theory in many aspects. This thesis discusses Zhang's research work on the Textual Criticism and points out the differences among Zhang's, Liang Qi chao's and Qian Mu's points of view about this problem. Also, the thesis analyses the different trends about the academic spirits and the academic views in modern Chinese history.
