New Study on Legal Construction and Practice of National Management during the Early Period of Communist Party of China

During the early period of Communist Party of China,Communist Party of China held the idea of national unity and mutual help and followed the rules and regulations of Constitution Outline of the Chinese Soviet Republic.At the beginning of the Revolution,Communist Party of China proposed the policy of self-determination and federalism.The policies were under the influence of Soviet Union and the political situation in China.The purpose was to get rid of the Imperialism and realize national liberation. During the War of Resistance against Japan,the crisis of China became serious;Communist Party of China had new understanding about the connotation of an independent nation and the importance of national management.There were practices of building the country with all other minority nationalities,which were good foundation for the later regional autonomy of minority nationalities.
