METHODS Analyzing the discrepancy in different areas with CMH CHI-QUARE criterion and compare the difference with CHI-SQUARE criterion in every two areas. RESULTS In the countryside, the health service utility of the four groups areas is just the reverse of the demand, which suggesting that the health service supply and demand relationship is illogical on account of the underdeveloped economy. There is inequity in the health service system. CONCLUSIONS The demand and supply relationship of the rural health service is imbalance; There is inequity in the rural health service system; The healthy financing policy should emphasize particularly on some aspects.
