Abstract

Over the past 20 years,the overall of our medical and health standards have improved,the average life span have significantly increased from 67.9 in 1981 to 73.0 in 2005,human capital also have improved.But as the general level of our medical and health have enhanced,the phenomenon of unbalanced distribution is becoming increasingly conspicuous,this causes seriously health differences between china's urban and rural population,and it influences overall economic development.In order to reduce gap between urban and rural population's health,the reason was analyzed in this paper firstly,and then it is proposed that health resources should be rationally allocated,especially the new type of rural cooperative medical care system should be perfect.
