Analysis of related factors of H-type hypertensive cerebral infarction and non H-type hypertensive cerebral infarction

Objective to explore correlation between the cerebral infarction with H-type hypertension and cerebral infarction with non H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 156 consecutive patient with cerebral with hypertension were included in study.Using enzymatic assay to Hcy of patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension it were divided into observation group and control group according to level of Hcy.Do the t test and correlation analysis.Results Related factors between groups is significantly(P0.05).Conclusion H-type hypertension should be prevented and treated.
