Problem&Countermeasures of Practical-Training Teaching of Accounting Major in Universities——An Example of Some Universities in Jiangxi Province

Accounting course is a highly practical application-oriented subject.At present,there exist many problems in the practical-training teaching of accounting major in universities,such as the poor conditions of practical-training teaching,the smaller proportion of double-qualified teachers and the lack of practical-teaching materials, etc..In order to further improve the practical ability of accounting majors,universities must increase the construction and investment in the training base,strengthen the construction of the ranks of teachers,enhance the practical experience and practical level of teachers and improve the specific training capacity of and comprehensive practical abilities of students.Meanwhile,universities should make reasonable arrangements of the periods in the simulated-practice time of accounting course and improve the organizational form of practical-training teaching so as to perfect the assessment methods of practical training of simulation.
