On the Fixation Doctrine of the International Product Liability

The product liability is derived from the combination of the contract theory and the infringement theory.The contract liability and the infringement liability are the foundation of the product liability.The fixation doctrine of the international product liability generally includes negligent liability and non-fault liability.This paper explains that the fixation doctrine of the product liability is based on the foundations of the contract liability,the infringement liability and the two concurrent liabilities. At the same time,this paper also analyzes objectively the new trend of the fixation doctrine of the international product liability.
