Abstract
The doctrine of liability fixation is the basis and core of the professional liability. From the angle of view that the character of the professional liability is mutiplex, this article considered that the doctrine of liability fixation should be the unitary principle of liability with wrongs, but not the risk responsibility (liability without fault), the equitable liability doctrine or the principle of strict liability.
