Abstract

Results from the trial of one crop of plant cane in Xuwen,Guangdong in 2010 showed that both cane and sugar yields of Yuegan24 and Yuegan26 were very significantly better than those of the others,ranking first and second respectively among the eleven varieties tested.They both performed early maturity and high sugar content with good agronomic characteristics.
