Abstract
Objective To analyse the effect of microcirculation disorder in glossodynia,by using theory of blood stasis, and find a new conbined treatment. Methods 40 elderly cases with microcirculation disorder were studied by histopathology,TEM,hemorheology and treated by injection angelica for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Results Hyperviscosity of blood was found and swollen endotheliocytes and narrow vessels were observed in TSEM.Anormal stractures were appeared in microvessols. Conclusion Microcirculation disorder may be a cause of glossodynia. For elderly patients, cardiovascular and mental diseases should be considered. The conbined western and chinese medicine has good results.
