Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of traditional operation and minimally invasive operation on children colic. Methods 116 patients with hernia patients were averagely divided into study group and control group. The study group was used invasive treatment and the control group was treated with traditional operation. The operation time, bleeding volume, independent activity time, hospitalization time, complications and the recurrence rate within a year of two groups were compared. Results The analysis and comparison showed that the operation and hospitalization time in study group was shorter, bleeding volume was less, independent activities were earlier, the overall complication rate was lower, and complications and the recurrence rate within a year in two group were not significant. Conclusion Com- pare with the traditional operation, minimally invasive operation is more suitable for the treatment of infantile hernia.
