Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional operation and minimally invasive operation in the treatment of treatment of pediatric hernia. Methods 98 cases of pediatric hernia patients, randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in the control group received traditional operation therapy, 50 cases in observation group received minimally invasive operation treatment, operation time, compared two groups of complications and the incidence of bleeding volume. Results The observation group in the average operation time, average hospitalization time, average bleeding volume and independent activity time were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05), the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric hernia, short time, less bleeding with minimally invasive operation treatment, damage and cause less complications for patients, it is worth promoting in clinical.
