Abstract
Objective:To study the method of enteral nutrition in the early stage after esoesophagogastrostomy and nursing experience.Method:thirty-eight patients with esophageal carcinoma were intubaed with a nutrition tube into the duodenum during the phagogastrostomy to start enteral nutrition (within 48 hours after surgery).Result:Only one patient suffered anastomotic stoma leak but recovery by continue enteral nutrition,5 patients suffered slight diarrhoea and released after therapy.Conclusion:It is practical for patients to use enteral nutrition method for their recovery and reduce the complication.
