Abstract

Objective: To probe the machanism of susceptibility of the patients with obstructive jaundice. Methods: Rats were divided into 2 groups.SH group and OJ group. The bacterial translocation in intestinal tracts in rats were studied by using the model of obstructive jaundice. Results: It is showed that the positive rate of the anaerobic bacteriunm culture in the group of OJ group was 43.75%.But negative in the group of shan operation. Conclusion: The bacterial traslocation may be one of the reasons to increase of infection rate in the patients with obstructive jaundice.
