Abstract
Objective:To observe the relationship between Microinjection of Cyp into ARC and gastric movement regulated by electroacupuncture Zusanli Point in rabbits. Methods:The rabbits were divided into five grouups:normal group;imbedding tube group;NaCl group;5-HT group and Cyp group. The gastric movement was recorded chronically according to Hall's effect principle. Results:No difference on gastric movement betwen normal grouup and imbedding tube group in rabbits, and thus showed that imbedding tube group didn't interfere the electroacupuncture inhibitory effect on gastric movement and its frequency. And microinjection of NaCl didn't influence the effect, either.Nevertheless, obvious difference of the gastric movement between NaCl group and 5-HT group showed that the acupuncture inhibitory effect potentiated apparently by microinjectin 5-HT 1μg/2μl into ARC.On the other hand, microinjecting Cyp 8μl/2μl into ARC apparently reduced the electroacupunctureinhibitory effect on gastric movement and its frequency.Conclusion:5-HT in ARC possibly potentialized the electroacupuncture inhibitory effect on gastric movement and its frequency throught 5-HT_2 receptors.
