Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the Nucleus Raphe Magnus(NRM) and the acupuncture-effect on the stomach.Method:Halls effect principle was adopted to record the changes of gastric movement and electrogastrography. In the experiment,we observed the influence of electro acupuncutre (EA) at ‘ZusanLi’on gastric motility and slow wave in electrogastrography under waking and quiet state. We also studied the changes of the acupuncture-effects on stomach after injecting 5-HT、CYP、SP、DADTL、NE into NRM.Results:1 The influence of EA to ‘ZusanLi’ on gastric movement and slow wave in electrogastrography mainly experesses inhibition effect to lower the frequency and wave amplitude, presenting simple regulation of inhibition.2 The inhibition can be partially increased after 5-HT、SP was microinjected into NRM.3.The inhibition can be partially decreased by microinjecting CYP、DADTL into NRM.4.NRM injection of NE has no effect on the inhibition. Conclusion:The 5-HT、SP in NRM is involved in the inhibition of EA on stomach and the 5-HT in NRM is mediated by 5-HT2 receptors.
