On medical English teaching in medical universities

Abstract
Medical English teaching in medical universities has received more and more recognition from college english teachers and students;however,not much experience has been gained in this area.The paper focuses on the urgent need for implementation of medical English in medical universities.Some of emerged common challenges,such as identifying or developing appropriate content,developing sufficient expertise across disciplines,and institutionalizing the efforts are discussed in details in the paper.
