Research on the Priority of Connotation Construction for Brand Specialties of Higher Vocational Institutions of Transportation

Deepening specialty reform and construction is currently an important part for higher vocational institutions to build education capacity.With an analysis of the characteristics of brand specialty of higher vocational institutions,and on the basis of the continuously deepening education and teaching reform, the paper expounds the priorities of enforcing the connotation construction of brand specialty,including establishing regulation mechanism for specialty objective,quickening reform of talent cultivation mode of enterprise-involved and work-integrated education,making effective talent cultivation plan,building competent teaching team,developing quality course based on real work process,creating operation mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of specialty,so as to promote the overall development of specialty reform and construction.
