In 2000, the studies of the literature of the Qin and Han Dynasties appear a feature of retrospect and prospect. New knowledge comes out of new discoveries, While underground literature is being excavated, it brings about an unprecedented flourish of the studies of the Qin and Han Dynasties' literature. In addition, the studies of the literature of the Qin and Han Dynasties in 2000 acquired satisfactory achievements in some former study subjects.
