Discussions on Approaches to Improving Communication Product Purchasing Quality Management

Based on the related theory of quality management, the implementation scheme and achievements of Beijing Mobile in product quality detection management are analyzed. Three aspects are included. The first is product quality management which is crucial for control of product quality. The second is laboratory quality management. In order to establish the normal working order in laboratory, enhance working efficiency and ensure the safety of detection room, the purchasing department of Beijing Mobile draws strict management system. The third is the quality management of product quality detection process from the implementation of detection standards to quality control in detection process.
