Advanced Methods for Quality Management of Electronic Enterprises

For common issues occurred in the quality management of electronic enterprises,including its program( quality management system) and implementation( quality management methods), the problems existed in the quality management system and their solutions are presented. The advanced method for quality management is discussed, i.e., changing the concept,introducing advanced quality management techniques and ideas, adopting advanced quality management tools and reliability design methods, and integrating quality management with businesses to ensure the effectiveness of quality management and products' quality and reliability.
