Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the combina tion of Chinese traditional and western medicine in treating hyperlipemia. Methods 94 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated by Chinese herb drugs and simvastatin tablets, while in the control group only simvastatin tablets were used. Results The total effective rate was 98.10% in the treatment group and 93.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the tw o groups(P0.001). Conclusion The combination of Chinese traditional and western medici ne has reliable effects on treating hyperlipemia.
