INNOVATION DESIGN ON MANAGEMENT OF JIANGSU SECTION OF EASTERN ROUTE PROJECT FOR SOUTH-TO-NORTH WATER TRANSFERS

It briefly introduces the management status of the project for water diversion from Yangtze to North Jiangsu at present time. According to the construction and management requests in the general planning for South-to-North Water Transfers, combining the project characteristics and 40 years′ operation experiences, the ideas are put forward about design and reformation on the management of Jiangsu section of eastern route project (ERP). The idea is, realizing the innovation of system, mechanism, and rule on management mode, making exactly measured covered conduit, expedite information channel, clear and good quality water gallery, economical and effective delivery pipeline on management technique. It can establish good basis on technique, law and economy for the management of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
