The theory that human capital should share the property rights in the enterprises has many problems which hinder the process of the theory.Because the time limit of the contracts is the premise of the method to judgment the owner of the enterprises,the owner of human capital's influence and controlling to the forming of the income and distribution are the intrinsic cause of becoming owner of the enterprises.So,the long-term owner of human capital should become the owner of the enterprises.
