Research and Application of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Technique to Ultra Abnormal Coal Mining Face

In order to solve the layout difficulty of the mining gateway and low mining recovery rate problems under the ultra abnormal conditions of the mine resources,after the research and analysis by Jining No.3 Mine,the ladder-shaped mining face,the rotary mining face and other different special face layouts were applied for the coal mining operation.With the actual application in No.7 coal mining face of No.43 down seam,the special layout of the coal mining face with the fully mechanized mining technique would be feasible and would have the advantages,such as low gateway construction works,simple system and high coal mining recovery rate.The special layout with the mining technique could expand the design idea of the full mechanized mining technique and optimized gateway layout for the coal mining face under the abnormal shape and would have a good promoting outlook.
